Desert Island Country Club in Rancho Mirage
Desert Island Country Club is located at the corner of Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope and is situated on 160 acres in Rancho Mirage. The three (3) high rise buildings (2 with 7 stories and one with 5 stories) have a total of 226 condominiums and are surrounded by a 25 acre lake. Units range in size from 1500 to 4000 square feet and range in price from the mid $3oo's up to $1 million + for the penthouses.
The traditionally designed golf course by Desmond Muirhead which runs along the perimeter of Desert Island, has numerous bunkers as well as several lakes. The newly remodeled, 39,000 square foot club house is home to the private golf and country club. There are two lighted tennis courts, a yacht club and fishing. Each of the three buildings has its own pool and spa.
