Golf Equity Membership:  $72,000 (Special Offering of $ 36,000.00 – 9 remain as of 3/23/10 – NO DUES until 11-1-10)with monthly dues of $1010/month and a monthly facility capital charge of $140

Term Membership Non Equity Membership: $12, 000 - Monthly Due of $505 and monthly facility capital  charge of $75

Tennis/Social Membership : non-equity $2,000 and monthly dues $365

Memberships include use of Clubhouse facilities and Sports Center.
A food and beverage minimum of $800/year is applicable for all Memberships.

The dues are paid in advance quarterly

Family Members are : parents, child, grandchild, spouses of any such persons
