Rancho Mirage is one of the hardest cities to put into numbers and charts for comparing prices.The properties in Rancho Mirage are very diversified. The city offers very high end country clubs as well as new subdivisions that were built and sold during the bubble years of 2005/2006. So we have seen both upside down sellers and  "regular" sales from  owners who could not show any hardship. They needed to sell for other reasons.
