June 30,2009 We recently purchased a property in Palm Desert, CA. We initially found Claudine and Alvin through their website and put them in touch with a friend of ours who was visiting within the community in which we had interest. Except for pictures and the word of our friend we started the purchase of the property sight unseen. Although this could have been a very traumatic experience, Claudine and Alvin made the process both simple and easy. We were directed through every stelp and wound up at the close of escrow feeling very comfortable and excited. When we finally came into the area, Alvin met us at the airport and led us to the property where we were pleasantly surprised with our purchased.
Claudine and Alvin, as well as the team of vendors they used for the process , were very professional and responsive. I will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing property in Palm Springs and the other Desert Cities.

Having had mixed experiences in the past with real estate agents, we have to say that this was the best experience we have had to date. Since we were from out of town, we not only needed help understanding the real estate market but also with the process of buying in California. Claudine and Alvin were extremely sensitive to this which made the whole process much easier. She took the time to show us every single property that we wanted to see and was extremely professional the whole time. She was not only very attentive to our requests but extremely responsive (returned ALL phone calls within the hour), kind, and honest with us throughout the entire process. She let nothing "slip through the cracks" and worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase.
Once we had found a property, Alvin really took the time to explain everything from the inspection, paperwork (there was certainly lots of it), repairs and even did the final walk through in our absence. Although there were several bumps along the way, they both did their very best to accommodate us as best as they possibly could. It was very easy to see that they truly had our best interests at heart and they took the time to understand who we were and what we wanted. Claudine and Alvin are clearly very experienced real estate agents who understand the real estate market and know their job well. We would strongly recommend that you use them if you are considering buying a property in the Palm Springs area. July 21, 2008 In the Spring of 2008 my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and utilizing the services of Claudine as our Realtor.
We have, over the years, bought and sold a number of both residential and commercial properties and are familiar with the services Realtors provide.
We are writing this letter to say how impressed we were with the services Claudine provided in the limited time we had available to us to consider our options for purchasing properties in the Palm Springs and surrounding areas.

After spending time on her website, we had a good idea where we might like to look, and we headed to the Desert with Claudine's phone number in our bag.
We called her on our second day in the desert and informed her of our criteria,and made a plan to meet the following afternoon.
Not only did she show us several homes, (all meeting our criteria ), but she had previewed the homes BEFORE she met with us so she was informed and able to save us precious time.
Claudine was prompt, informative, and businesslike, when she was busy with other clients, her collegue, Alvin Fuchs, answered our questions and brought us our paperwork . We were well attended to by the the two of them.
We found exactly what we were looking for with no frustration or prolonged exhaustive search. She handled the offers to purchase and subsequent counter-offers with finesse and guided us through a successful escrow. (As Canadians, we had little knowledge of the US system and she guided us through each step.)
